I’m Mili M Das, a counseling psychologist and therapist based in Trivandrum, with over 8 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate complex emotional landscapes. I specialize in relationship challenges, attachment issues, and emotional patterns, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Focused ACT (TFACT). My work focuses on helping people break unworkable patterns, develop psychological flexibility, and build conscious, meaningful connections with themselves and others.

Throughout my career, I have seen how recurring behaviors, past trauma, and unaddressed emotions can limit personal growth and relational satisfaction. I work closely with clients to identify these patterns, create awareness, and implement practical strategies that foster emotional balance, self-compassion, and relational clarity. Whether it’s couples struggling with communication, individuals facing anxiety or trust issues, or anyone seeking greater alignment with their values, my approach is personalized, empathetic, and results-oriented.

I integrate mindfulness and guided meditation practices into therapy, helping clients cultivate presence, acceptance, and emotional resilience.
